These Terms of Business apply to exterior cleaning services supplied by Haynes Clean Team across Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Rugby, Market Harborough and nearby areas we agree to cover.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property and services required. If access or the job differs materially from what was described, we may revise the price before starting work.
Access
You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned (including gates, side paths and parking where relevant). Please tell us about dogs, alarms, or restricted access when booking.
Service standards
We aim to complete every job carefully and leave the site tidy. If you are unhappy with a clean, tell us promptly and we will review and, where appropriate, return to put it right.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a visit. Repeated missed access may result in a call-out charge or removal from a regular round.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed when you book. Where Direct Debit is offered, collections are handled by our payment partner under their terms.
Insurance
Haynes Clean Team carries public liability insurance. A summary can be provided on request.
